SALES CONDITIONS

1. Preamble and Scope of Application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "conditions") apply to all orders placed through the official website www.lamenille.com ("hereinafter ’ site").
1.2 By placing an order on the Site, the Customer declares that he/she has read and accepted the Conditions in full.
1.3 L'AMENILLE® reserves the right to change the Conditions at any time; changes will be effective as of the date they are made available on the Site.

2. Products' Features
2.1 The products offered by L'AMENILLE® are described in the relevant information sheets available on the Site.
2.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes; there may be slight differences from the actual product, for example in color tones, due to the settings of the Customer's device.
2.3 L'Amenille warrants that the products comply with applicable cosmetic regulations, in particular Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009.

3. Purchase Process
3.1 To place an order, the Customer must follow the guided procedure on the Site, adding the desired products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.
3.2 Before confirming the order, the Customer must verify the accuracy of the entered data and the selected products.
3.3 The order is considered a contractual proposal; the order confirmation sent by L'AMENILLE® represents the acceptance of such proposal and the completion of the sales contract.

4. Prices and Payment Methods
4.1 Prices of products are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT. Any shipping charges are specified separately prior to order confirmation.
4.2 L'AMENILLE® reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, for orders already confirmed, the prices in place at the time the order is placed shall apply.
4.3 Methods of payment accepted include:
- Credit/debit cards
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Bank Transfer

4.4 Payment data is handled with the highest security, using cryptographic protocols to protect Customer information.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 The shipping cost in Italy is € 6 for amounts less than € 65.00 in aggregate and is free of charge for higher amounts.
5.2 L'AMENILLE® will process the orders within 2-3 working days from the confirmation of the order and payment.
5.3 Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the Customer during the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but are generally between 48 and 72 business hours.
5.4 Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the integrity of the package. In case of evident damage to the packaging, the Customer may refuse the delivery, indicating on the courier document the words “Goods refused for damaged packaging”.
5.5 Any anomalies or discrepancies must be reported to L'AMENILLE® within 48 hours of receipt of the products by sending an email to store@lamenille.com with a detailed description of the defect, attaching illustrative detailed photos.

6. Product Availability
6.1 Product availability information is updated regularly; however, in some rare cases, temporary unavailability of an ordered product may occur.
6.2 In case of unavailability, L'AMENILLE® will promptly inform the Customer, proposing a new shipping date or an alternative product of equal value. If Customer does not accept the proposed alternatives, Customer shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
7.1 All products sold by L'AMENILLE® are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, as provided for in articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
7.2 In the event of a conformity defect, the Customer is entitled to have the product's conformity restoration, by means of replacement, at no additional cost.
7.3 The Customer must report the defect within 48 hours of discovery, by sending a notice to the email address store@lamenille.com with a detailed description of the anomaly, attaching illustrative detailed photos.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 L'AMENILLE®e is not responsible for inefficiencies or delays attributable to force majeure or events beyond its control, such as strikes, natural disasters or logistical problems of couriers.
8.2 L'AMENILLE® is not responsible for improper use of the products by the Customer or for undeclared allergies to ingredients in the products.

9. Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
9.1 Personal data provided by the Customer are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

 

CONDITIONS OF SALE ABROAD

L'AMENILLE® currently delivers to European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary).
Shipments are made by express courier.

In England it is £13 for total amounts under £100 and is free for amounts above that.
In Ireland it is €15 for total amounts under €120 and is free for amounts above that.
In Spain it is €15 for total amounts under €80 and is free for higher amounts.
In France and Germany it is €15 for total amounts under €120 and is free for higher amounts.
In the rest of Europe it is €15 for total amounts under €150 and is free for amounts above that.
In Switzerland it is 26 CHF for total amounts under 200 CHF and is free for higher amounts.
Orders are normally processed and handed over to the carrier on the working day following the sending of the order confirmation by L'AMENILLE®. Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days, so orders sent on these two days will be considered sent on the next working day.

Delivery times to the Buyer start from the moment the email confirming the shipment of the products to the Buyer is sent by L'AMENILLE® and are normally:
1-3 working days for product deliveries in Italy;
3-5 working days for product deliveries in the EU;
For shipments to the islands these times may be extended by 1-2 working days.
Delivery estimates are indicative and may be subject to change.
In the event of a delay in delivery exceeding 14 (fourteen) working days, the Buyer will have the option to cancel his Order, within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the Order confirmation email, by sending an email to store@lamenille.com .

Only in the event that the delay in delivery is attributable solely to L'AMENILLE® and/or the carrier, the Buyer will be entitled, in addition to the cancellation of the Order as provided above, to a refund of any shipping costs incurred, provided that the entire order is returned by the Buyer to L'AMENILLE®. The refund of costs will be made in the ways indicated in the Returns and Exchanges section, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the goods by L'AMENILLE®.
In the event that the delay is not attributable to L'AMENILLE® or the carrier, the Buyer will not be able to claim either a refund of the sums paid by him, nor a new shipment of the products ordered.
In the event that the Order is not returned in its entirety and completeness, the Buyer will not be able to claim either a refund of the sums paid by him, nor a new shipment of the products ordered.
